JobSquad Solutions Team in Wilmington, NC seeks a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping operations. You will receive and unload materials, verify orders, label and log inventory, and prepare routine shipping records.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, Mon-Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with potential pay growth based on performance. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in shipping or outsourcing and basic computer/Excel skills, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in a shipping or outsourcing environment.

Responsabilités

• Must be a team player as measured by peers.
• Receives and unloads incoming materials and verifies shipments against purchase orders.
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, logs inventory for shipped/received items.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies and notifies supervisor.
• Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains signatures for accepted items.
• Maintains department database, prepares routine reports, and files shipping/receiving records.
• Operates dolly, pallet jack, forklift, shrink wrap machine; may operate company vehicle to deliver shipments.
• Follows established policies, procedures, and safety/environmental standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Other projects as assigned.
