Job summary

LHH US in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will verify accuracy, maintain inventory records, and ensure products are packaged safely and delivered on time.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with shipping software and warehouse equipment, and the ability to read shipping documents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels and work instructions.
Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment per quality standards.
Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging for accuracy before shipment.
Process shipments using WMS, scanners, and shipping software; maintain inventory records.
Read pick tickets and shipping docs to support efficient fulfillment.
Safely move, stage, and load/unload materials with warehouse equipment.
Package products to company specs to prevent damage during transport.
Maintain clean, organized storage and workstations.
Collaborate with warehouse and other departments for timely shipments.
Support safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
