Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly.
• Comfortable working under microscopes with small-geometry parts requiring precision.
• Basic computer skills: data entry and test-system software.
• Able to read and follow detailed technical work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform die attach using automated die bonders and verify bond quality.
• Wire bond assembled devices and monitor test data and results.
• Set up, run, and monitor electromigration and reliability stress tests.
• Collect, organize and report test data; maintain tooling and PM schedules.
• Support AI tools to summarize shifts, generate reports and document issues.
• Collaborate with engineering on sample builds and process changes.
