Qualifications

• Pass Level 2 background check, drug screen, and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Remove bindings, repair pages, insert cover sheets; sort and count documents; prep files for scanning with high accuracy.
• Document Scanning: Scan records into electronic format; ensure image quality; maintain proper file naming; operate scanning equipment efficiently.
• Data Entry: Enter and verify data from source documents; maintain databases and spreadsheets; ensure accuracy through cross-referencing.
