Job summary

You will follow strict procedures, work with supervisors, and interface with customers, planners and engineers to resolve issues. Overtime and physical effort are involved.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED and 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Able to read prints, shop drawings and work instructions.
• Own SAE hand tools and measurement instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers).
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; perform overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Flowserve policies.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and assemble rotating equipment and similar devices.
• Inspect components with precision measuring tools and document wear.
• Follow pre-job brief, checklists, routers, and drawings during work.
• Use cranes and lifting devices; operate balance machines and tests.
• Coordinate with service coordinator, production planners and customers as needed.
• Prepare equipment with painting, tagging and packaging for shipment.
