Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Customer Product Repair Mechanic to disassemble, repair, and assemble rotating equipment including high energy electric actuators, pumps, small compressors, and decoking equipment. The CPRM will follow work instructions, use inspection tools to check dimensions, and document wear and condition of critical components.

This role also ensures all forms and documentation are complete before submission of quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with disassembly, repair, and assembly of mechanical components.
• Ability to read prints, shop drawings, and assembly checklists.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
• Must own personal SAE hand tools and a roll-around toolbox.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and assemble rotating equipment and related components.
• Inspect components for wear and condition; document findings.
• Take process photos and complete documentation prior to quotation submission.
• Interface with service coordinators, planners, and customers as needed.
• Paint, tag, and prep equipment for shipment; operate cranes and lifting devices.
• Follow safety procedures and flowserve policies; work within time windows.
