Job summary

Flowserve Chile S.p.A. is seeking a Customer Product Repair Mechanic to disassemble, repair, and assemble a range of equipment including rotating machinery, high-energy actuators, pumps, and decoking gear. You will follow work instructions, use inspection tools, and provide written wear assessments prior to quotation.

The role requires high attention to detail, accurate documentation, and safe operation of power tools, with flexibility to work overtime as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-job brief and checklists prior to DCI and assembly.
• Independently inspect, repair, and assemble components and equipment and complete documentation.
• Take pictures of processes and document component condition on forms.
• Coordinate with service coordinator, planners, and customer on condition of critical components.
• Inspect components for fits and run-outs and record readings on assembly forms.
• Set up and read precision measuring instruments and use tools safely.
• Operate balance machines, perform pressure/hydrostatic tests, and verify quality.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
