Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. in Hillsboro, TX, is seeking a production prep, finishing, and inspection associate to prepare, resin-coat, sand, and inspect components for panel production while maintaining resin inventory and supporting overall production flow.

You will contribute to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working hands-on with teammates and following established procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow processes while contributing to team production goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads prior to storage or production use
• Inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality standards
• Maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production
• Perform Bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed
• Assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes
• Support build-up and repair activities as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production policies
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
