Wells in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a production technician responsible for preparing, finishing, and inspecting components before panel production. You will resin-coat, sand, and verify parts while maintaining resin inventory and supporting overall production flow.

The role emphasizes safety and quality; candidates should be hands-on, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in painting, drywall, or auto body is helpful or preferred.
• Must be reliable and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads prior to storage or production use
• Inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality standards
• Maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production
• Perform Bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed
• Assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes
• Support build-up and repair activities as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production policies
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
