Job summary

Wells is seeking a dependable, safety‑focused team member to support production by placing finishing panels and pouring concrete in molds. In a fast-paced setting, you will help ensure quality, consistency, and safety while meeting production requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Previous concrete experience is helpful but not required; training provided on site.

Qualifications

• Be dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions in a production/construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Deposit concrete into molds for production per specifications.
• Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height for proper surface alignment.
• Apply finishes to the rear face of precast panels.
• Monitor placement for consistency, quality, and proper form coverage.
• Assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe operations.
