Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable team member to support production by placing finishing panels and pouring concrete into molds. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality, consistency, and safety while meeting production requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and be trained.
• Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deposit concrete into molds for production in accordance with job specifications.
• Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment.
• Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels.
• Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms.
• Assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe and efficient operations.
