Job summary

Wells is seeking a hands-on finishing and inspection technician for our production team. You will prep resin-coated components, inspect surfaces for quality, and maintain resin stock to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with production equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, detail-oriented candidate comfortable in production/manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Resin and sand rails, bulkheads and pads prep prior to storage or production use.
• Inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality.
• Maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production.
• Perform bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed.
• Assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes.
• Support build up and repair activities as required.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and production policies.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
