Wells in the United States is seeking a detail‑oriented technician to patch lifter holes and repair panel damage during production and handling. The role emphasizes finishing surfaces to meet quality and appearance standards and requires careful, hands‑on work.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, follow detailed instructions, sustain a safe work area, and support engineering by preparing hardware and completing repairs as tickets indicate.

Responsabilidades

• Patch spalls, cracks or damage on panels during handling and processing.
• Patch lifting inserts not required for moving/erection.
• Keep finishing area clean and safe for all workers.
• Remove slurry from brick surfaces before washing panels.
• Install hardware per engineering tickets and ensure readiness for installation.
