Job summary

Wells Concrete seeks a Patch and Finish Laborer to repair and finish precast concrete products in our production environment. You will patch defects, complete surface finishing, handle and clean panels, and operate hand and power tools safely.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability. Training is provided for cranes and forklifts as needed, with opportunities to develop finishing and repair skills while contributing to quality structures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Adequate English to read pour sheets and communicate with crew.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience with overhead crane-ways or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Climb on/off forms, panels, trailer decks, and work platforms.
• Carry materials needed for panel and product work.
• Use hand and power tools (cut-off saws, grinders, drills).
• Operate forklifts (training provided).
• Work with concrete, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.
• Learn or demonstrate rigging and safe product handling.
