Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with tablet/smart phone and computer work.
• Must be able to read and identify numbers, blue prints and various instructions.
• Keen attention to detail and proven ability to produce high- quality output with extreme attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate with different type of personalities and job roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st piece and last piece checks on all current production parts.
• Conduct hourly checks of current production parts using gauges and sign operator check sheets.
• Ensure gauges are calibrated and that operator knows how to use them; keep documentation and deviations recorded.
• Maintain the sort area and document completion of sorts during downtime.
• Follow safety rules, keep the QC office clean and organized, and ensure completed work is documented for the next inspector and management.
