Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to monitor and measure parts on the manufacturing floor and uphold our strict quality standards.

You will perform first-piece inspections, use gages and inspection tools, and support containment to ensure only conforming parts are shipped to customers. The role requires at least six months of quality experience, the ability to read English instructions, and willingness to work up to 12 hours per day on either 1st or 2nd shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of quality experience or manufacturing QA exposure.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow procedures.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly quality checks on parts to meet customer specs.
• Inspect and gauge raw or welded parts per operator checklists.
• Verify first piece inspection and approvals are completed per process.
• Support containment when nonconforming product is found.
• Ensure proper packaging per customer requirements.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
