Job summary

Perigee Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control professional with at least 2 years of QC experience in a manufacturing setting. You will work with calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges and GD&T, ensuring conformance to ISO 9001 quality standards.

The role involves SPC data entry, control charts, and generating accurate reports. Strong communication, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to following procedures and completing tasks directed by the Quality Manager

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience.
Proficient with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, drop gages, pin gages, go & no-go gages, etc).
Familiar with GD&T drawing symbols and blueprint interpretation.
Familiar with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
Experience with SPC (statistical process controls), data entry, control charting and understanding of trends.
Must be highly quality conscious, detail oriented.
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures.
Able to complete control charts and process paperwork correctly and efficiently.
Able to generate documented reports as required.
Able to follow tasked to completion as directed by Quality Manager.
Good communication skills and team mentality.
Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record.

Responsibilities
