Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience using standard mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges).
• Basic computer literacy for logging inspection data and navigating inventory software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to team members.
• Physical capability to stand, walk the production floor, and safely lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products against engineering blueprints and specification sheets.
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify product dimensions.
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately in our digital tracking system.
• Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials to prevent them from moving further down the production line.
• Collaborate directly with assembly and machining teams to address quality issues in real-time.
