Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a QA Technician responsible for inspecting converted components throughout production, including first article, in-process, and final checks. You will determine sampling plans, apply quality plans, verify tools, and support customer requirements using calipers, micrometers, durometers, vision and laser systems.

The role requires reading blueprints and procedures, with a high school diploma and preferred quality certifications.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend English.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical documentation, and procedures.
• High School degree or equivalent required; quality certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows all ISP Quality Management System procedures and safety policies; adheres to lockout/tagout.
• Provides first article, in-process, and final component inspections using a variety of measurement tools.
• Suggests improvements to inspection methods and processes.
