Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Assembler for 1st and 2nd shifts in Brunswick, Maine. You will assemble products from start to finish using basic hand tools and measuring equipment while documenting inspection results and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail with training provided and opportunities to grow within a large open warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and mechanical components.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-first mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-to-finish assembly of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Document completed work, including inspection results and any required production records.
• Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the assembly department and warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and support a positive, team-first work environment.
• Lift, move, and handle materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed during the shift.
