Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and assembly processes per instructions and procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and labor records for tasks.
• Complete required records including inventory and quality documentation.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train team members on tasks when requested.
