Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and components.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment safely.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-to-finish assembly of products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
• Document completed work, including inspection results and production records.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in the assembly department and warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and support a positive, team-first environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed during the shift.
