Job Title: Production Assembler (1st and 2nd Shift)
Job Description

This role focuses on the complete assembly of products from start to finish in a manufacturing environment in Brunswick, Maine. You will assemble components using basic hand tools and measuring equipment, inspect and document your work, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Positions are available on 1st shift and 2nd shift, with structured training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Perform start-to-finish assembly of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
  • Document completed work, including inspection results and any required production records.
  • Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the assembly department and warehouse.
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive, team-first work environment.
  • Lift, move, and handle materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed during the shift.
Essential Skills

Work Environment

This position is based in a large open warehouse that includes an assembly department and machine shop, featuring windows and plenty of natural light. For 2nd shift roles, you will train on a 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule for approximately 4–8 weeks before transitioning to a full‑time 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. shift. First shift roles operate from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The facility is not temperature‑controlled, but large garage bays and high‑capacity fans help improve airflow and keep the space cooler in warmer months. Wired headphones are allowed during the shift, providing flexibility in how you manage your workday. Steel or composite toe shoes are required for safety, and safety glasses are provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
