Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided; prior production experience not required.
• Ability to read work orders, basic assembly drawings, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, and inspect components per instructions and SOPs.
• Operate basic production equipment after training and authorization.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Report material shortages or quality issues to leads/supervisor.
• Support safety training and use PPE as required.
