Wakuda in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to support high-volume production under the Sous Chef. Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production while maintaining sanitation and organization.

Responsibilities include reviewing assignments with Chefs, organizing prep items for service, and preparing dishes according to recipes and yields. Flexibility with hours, weekends, and holidays is required.
