Momofuku Las Vegas is seeking a Prep Cook to support back-of-house staff, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and perform delegated culinary tasks. The ideal candidate is focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items in a sanitary, timely manner per recipe and portion specs.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigeration, cooking and prep zones.
• Demonstrate safe use of kitchen equipment and knife skills.
• Maintain clear communication with BOH and FOH teams.
• Support team members and foster a positive work environment.
