CSL Vifor is seeking a plasma donor center role focused on sampling, testing, and shipping plasma units. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and ensure proper storage, labeling, and sterility.

The role requires basic math, a high school diploma, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime. Maintaining safety and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Ensure plasma units properly stored per SOPs.
• Verify accuracy of unit labeling against dynamic label.
• Use sterile technique to draw samples and seal to maintain sterility per SOPs.
• May pack and ship samples per SOPs and prepare shipping documentation.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report variances promptly.
• Calibrate equipment daily as required by SOPs.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Understand policies related to hyper immune programs if applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are stocked; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
• May cross-train in other areas.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organizational discretion.
