The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as required, and opportunities to grow with a quality-focused team in a stable operation.

Qualifications

• Hand dexterity and attention to detail required.
• Experience handling small electronic components under a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using masking materials and production documentation.
• Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process instructions, and quality requirements.
• Perform staking, potting, encapsulation, and coating tasks as directed.
• Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.
• Select and use proper tools for masking, de-masking, and handling delicate components.
• Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and quality while working with small parts under microscope inspection.
