Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Lamination Operator to join our manufacturing team in California. This role operates and maintains lamination equipment for PCBs, performs quality checks, and helps meet production schedules while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The position is full-time, with 1st shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, and mandatory weekend overtime when needed. Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in the PCB or similar manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Able to cross train in other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all department equipment, perform quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
  • Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion, count, and quality.
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
  • Ensure panel quality meets the work order standard before proceeding to the next department.
