Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• PCB manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and production equipment.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment and machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials and finished products from equipment.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and workmanship.
• Verify part numbers, work orders, quantities, and other required production information.
• Follow manufacturing processes, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and notify supervision of equipment problems or abnormalities.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.
• Identify and report defective materials or products to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to maintain production flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
