Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our Corporate Shared Team Services in Coppell, TX. You will oversee weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles across multiple states, using ADP Workforce Now, and ensure accurate, on-time processing.

You will administer time and attendance, deductions, benefits, pro-rata pay, and special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages, with a strict emphasis on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software - required.
• Certified Payroll reporting and Prevailing Wage experience.
• 2+ years of payroll processing in a multi-state or multi-location environment.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll for a multi-state workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage Time & Attendance system - resolve timecard errors and audit time reporting.
• Calculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages.
• Handle certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage administration - accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and branch operations to ensure payroll data integrity.
