You will verify details, communicate with account reps, and help resolve any discrepancies to keep customers satisfied. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in data entry/order processing, with familiarity in SAP/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing or related field.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s system.
• Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, terms, and delivery information.
• Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide updates on order status to account reps and other stakeholders.
• Assist in managing order-related documentation and maintaining organized records.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry workflows.
• Adhere to company standards and compliance policies for data management and confidentiality.
