Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational certs preferred.
• Prefers an associate degree or vocational training.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optics and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain 5S standards in the area and with tooling.
• Elevate unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve efficiency.
• Learn and tackle progressively challenging products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cycle time.
• Inspect glass surfaces and map defects; clean surfaces.
