ASML Wilton Factory is seeking a Milling, Grinding and Polishing Group Leader for the Compressed Work Week Front End Night shift (Sun–Tue, alternating Sat 6pm–6am). You will lead 15+ optical technicians across multiple work centers, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of high-quality products and guiding continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, developing skills, planning production, and partnering with Production Engineering to enhance processes and product quality.
