Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a CNC Technician to accurately manufacture and supply optical products in accordance with the established specification statements. You’ll set up and operate 3/5-axis CNC centers, assemble cutting tools, and manually program CNC controllers or load CAM programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with CNC machines in optical fabrication.
• Experience reading ISO blueprints and applying tolerances.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, MS Office and SAP.
• Proficiency with setting up tools, offsets and tool changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3/5-axis CNC optical machining centers.
• Load CAM programs and generate part programs using Mastercam.
• Measure and verify parts against specifications and adjust as needed.
• Maintain safety and documentation across shifts.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to optimize processes.
