ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a hands-on Optical Component Assembler to fabricate high-precision optical elements for advanced lithography machines. You will follow defined processes, maintain 5S, and ensure strict quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.

You will work with CNC milling, grinding, polishing, coating, and assembly, with training to tackle progressively challenging tasks and contribute to continuous improvement in processing methods.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or vocational certification is desirable.
• Experience with measuring equipment is a plus.
• Participation in continuous improvement efforts is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify and elevate unsafe conditions and quality concerns.
• Record time and attendance accurately.
• Assist training of new and current employees.
