Job summary

ASML Wilton, CT is seeking a dedicated manufacturing technician to fabricate high-precision optical components used in advanced semiconductor lithography. You will operate CNC milling, grinding, polishing, coating deposition, and precise assembly, ensuring tight dimensional and surface specifications while upholding safety and 5S standards.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to read gauges, and teamwork with engineering and production to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing facilities or vocational certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, interferometer.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components with care.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Identify unsafe conditions and intervene.
• Ensure quality by timely reporting concerns.
• Support production schedule and area efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve processes.
• Learn and apply skills toward more complex products.
