Qualifications

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain tolerances.
• Reliability and willingness to support overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Validate and confirm that all materials are correct and available prior to starting assembly work.
• Review and follow written work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform assembly tasks accurately.
• Assemble products according to specifications and within defined tolerances.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete mechanical assembly operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues with materials or product quality.
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
