Job summary

Direct Start in Wisconsin is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a full-time role on the 1st shift with overtime opportunities. You will assemble mechanical components per blueprints, inspect finished products for quality, and use a variety of hand and power tools.

No heavy prior experience required, but a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are important. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team, and eager to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and basic reading of diagrams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
