Job summary

Aerotek in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Production Associate for a contract-to-hire opportunity. You will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, operate hand and power tools, and perform testing to ensure products meet specifications.

Shift options include 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM) and 1st shift (5:30 AM–4 PM); training is available on both shifts. Overtime may be required, and this role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, machine operation, general labor or related hands-on work.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, diagrams, or assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Build subassemblies and final products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform functional testing and inspections to verify product quality and performance.
• Use torque tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly equipment safely and accurately.
• Read and follow assembly diagrams, blueprints, and production procedures.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Support various production and manufacturing operations as required.
• Participate in overtime and additional shifts based on production demands.
