Job summary

Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Two years of professional manufacturing assembly experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing background is highly desirable.
• Proficient with manual and power-driven tools and precise torque specs.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and assembly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Construct mechanical units and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work procedures.
• Use power and hand tools to complete assembly tasks and finalize units.
• Install fasteners, torque to exact specifications, and inspect finished work.
• Interpret schematics and assembly docs and ensure quality standards.
• Document production progress and inspection results accurately.
• Organize components and tools; assist with material tracking and inventory.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily manufacturing targets and safety rules.
