Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand simple written instructions, work instructions, diagrams, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer products and assemblies according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Adjust and correct assemblies as needed.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Read and follow written work instructions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools including nut drivers, screw guns, screwdrivers, mallets, sanders, air guns, air drivers, air staplers, and pallet jacks.
• Receive and inventory raw materials.
• Complete packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
