Candidates should have 2+ years of meat cutting experience and be at least 18 years old. Certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Cut, trim, and portion meat and seafood per The Fresh Market standards; support inventory and merchandising.
• Monitor case temperatures, spills, and storage areas.
• Enforce safety, food safety, and department procedures for receiving, stocking, and deliveries.
