Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a production associate to perform clod separation from the forequarter. You will use a hook and knife to separate clod while ensuring bone cleanliness and meeting quality specs.

Responsibilities include dropping the cut onto the conveyor and separating specific bones. The role requires attentiveness, safety with PPE, and consistent attendance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in humid, cold, wet or slippery conditions around moving equipment while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Use a hook to pull the clod piece from the forequarter and cut with a knife.
• Ensure clod cuts meet quality standards and avoid cutting brisket or clod tenders.
• Drop the shoulder clod onto the conveyor after cutting.
• Separate the foreshank bone from the blade bone.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
