Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Pull Clod Associate to join our production team in Missouri. You will separate the clod from the forequarter with precision, ensuring bone cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.

Candidates must be 18+, able to work in humid, cold, or wet conditions around moving equipment, and willing to follow PPE guidelines. Training provided and opportunities to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work in humid, cold, wet or slippery surfaces around moving equipment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Use a hook and knife to detach the clod from the chuck without cutting the brisket.
• Drop the shoulder clod onto the conveyor after cutting.
• Separate foreshank bone from blade bone and follow safety rules.
• Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
