Responsibilities

• Use hook to pull chuck off conveyor.
• Use knife to remove neck bone, chuck rack, bones, and back strap.
• Place bones and back strap into bone chute.
• Push finished product back onto conveyor.
• Operate steel knife safely.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
