You will set up, operate, and inspect lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines, following process sheets and blueprints to meet tight tolerances. This role requires physical stamina, ability to read instructions in English, attention to detail, and collaboration with supervisors to improve production.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends instructions in English.
• Physical ability to lift and position heavy components.
• Must follow scheduled hours and company policies.
• Must stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop.
• Ability to learn basic machining concepts and use measuring devices.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
• Attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
• Demonstrates dependability and steady performance.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility to respond to production changes.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions.
• Install machine fixtures to secure dies, punches, blades, or other components.
• Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC) per specs.
• Inspect operations and measure finished parts to verify tolerances and quality.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as needed across departments.
