Qualifications

• Experience operating machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines.
• Ability to read process sheets and blueprints.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Safety-conscious with PPE use and sanitation of work area.
• Attention to detail and reliability in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions.
• Install machine fixtures to align dies, punches, blades, or fixtures.
• Operate machinery (lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC) per specifications.
• Inspect operations and verify tolerances using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, use crane or buddy system for heavy parts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
