Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge operating machines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/shop drawings.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Read a tape measure to within 1/32".
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and safety awareness.
• Passion and integrity with drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and maintain equipment for parts production.
• Read shop drawings and set up for required operations.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and resolve causes.
• Maintain material traceability and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Contribute to lean, 5S, and housekeeping activities.
• Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing department.
