Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a dedicated production team member to support machine operators across maintenance, cleanup, yard work, and warehouse tasks.

You'll perform setup, assist with shift production, ensure safety and quality standards, operate equipment as trained, and help with loading/unloading, inventory counts, and general duties as needed. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities in a large industrial organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Maintain accuracy and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to operate a front-end loader when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order.
• Inspect product quality according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Perform machine clean-up and setup for shifts.
• Follow safety regulations and wear required gear.
• Operate equipment as trained and instructed after safety training.
• Assist lead operator in preparing for shift production.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and count inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
